Prospects who wish to receive the free booklet will complete and mail the business reply card.  We will send you the prospects' names, addresses and phone numbers along with a booklet you can deliver to them with any additional information you choose.*

*We will send you the booklets at no additional charge, limit 5% of total mailers sent.  Example:  If mailers were sent to 1,000 prospects, we will provide up up to 50 booklets.  Additional costs may apply for additional booklets.
